Two formal gilded silver brooches of Danubian type, found in the hoard interpreted as a cultural deposit originating from the Scandinavian tradition. The ornaments are almost identical. They have long diamond-shaped feet, short catchplates, arched bows and heads in a form of a half-round plate covering a spring. Five round knobs of gold sheet are attached to the plates. The plates and feet are decorated with excised ornament in Sjörup style – a symmetrical pattern of spiral motifs with silver beaded wires. Similar wires are on the bows of the brooches. The present appearance of the brooches is the result of reconstruction work conducted in the 1930s.

A chance discovery during a construction of a railway line in 1904. The deposit was placed under a boulder. Originally it consisted of four almost identical brooches. Until 1934 they had been in private possession (by landowner Hintze from Świelino), then they were transferred to the Szczecin collection where they underwent conservation treatments. Originally three brooches were complete and the fourth survived in several fragments. During World War II the objects were evacuated. Two of them have survived in Stralsund and they were added to the Szczecin National Museum collection in 2009. Another brooch, the one with missing fragments, was found again near the evacuation site in Mołtowo near Kołobrzeg in 2016.
This type of brooches is very rare in the Baltic region. They are found mainly in the Rhine and the Danube regions.
