A cylindrical cup with a slightly thickened rounded rim, a concave base and a pleated body. The glass has a glossy surface, high transparency and is in light blue-green colour. The cup corresponds to forms classified into type E 201 of Eggers.
This type of vessels was rare in the territory of the Barbaricum. Presumably they were manufactured in the Rhine region.

A chance discovery of a cemetery in 1876. During the excavation in 1876-1877 five inhumation graves were revealed. The glass vessel was found in grave V along with two bronze brooches, a bone comb and a wooden bucket with metal mounts.
